Building strong foundations for the future.

As students from Myanmar International School Yangon wait patiently for their A level results we are celebrating their dedication and commitment to learning at a graduation ceremony this week. Over the past three years these students have shown great determination as they have studied for IGCSEs and AS level examinations. Now they have completed their final advanced level studies at MISY and we are confident that they will meet the academic standards required in their subject areas to ensure continued success in the courses they have chosen to continue at degree level. These include Biochemistry, Business Studies and Computer Science.

We know from experience that qualifications from Cambridge International examination board are regarded with high esteem at educational institutions across the world. Because of this our students have been offered places at some of the top universities internationally, including Kings College London, University College London, University of California Davis and Boston University.

We are looking forward to finding out where their chosen destinations will be following the examination results which will be released in August and congratulate them on their graduation from MISY.

    Published 13/02/18

MISY's annual Staff Sports day has held on Saturday, February 10 with around 150 faculty and staff on the heat in a fun-filled day. I think it's great that staff have the opportunity to spend some time with their colleagues away from their desk and daily job responsibilities.

"Everyone played hard, but they played fair and enjoyed which is the main aim of the event." -Ei Ei Zin, Business Director-

"It was fantastic to see faculty and operation staff involved, being active and cheering on their teams." -Hsu Myat Hla, PR Manager-
